First-aid assistance can be provided at Guest Services. In the event of an emergency please call 911. AED devices are available from Security.

Guest Services are located on the lower level in the management office.

Our property offers accessibility for our guest needing additional assistance. Handicap parking and accessible entrances are located at all mall entrances. Accessible restrooms are located at all restroom locations.
Kiddie Rides
Let your little one enjoy a ride on our double decker carousel. Located in center court, tickets available for purchase.
Lost & Found
If you misplace an item, visit Lost & Found located at Guest Services on the lower level in the management office.
Mall Walker Program
Mall Walking is available before the mall opens. Walkers are welcome to enter the mall Monday - Saturday at 9am and Sundays at 10am through Mall Doors 3 & 5 only.

For the best shopping experience for all of our guests, Maplewood Mall is a non-smoking facility.
Nursing Mother’s Lounge
For your convenience, we offer a private nursing mother’s lounge located in the Women's Restroom on the upper level in the Food Court.

If you are in need of a wheelchair during your visit, please Guest Services located on the lower level in the Kohl's Wing or by calling Security at 651-779-4188. Wheelchairs are complimentary but require a valid ID upon pick up.
